Action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate by the wrongful act of defendants. Yerdict for plaintiff, and separate appeals by defendants from the order denying their motions in the alternative for judgment or a new trial.
The action, as originally brought, was against the railway company alone. But the company made a motion to substitute in its place Walker D.
