MEMORANDUM OPINION GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Motion”) filed by Shawn Ferguson and James R. Gotwals & Associates, Inc. on April 18, 2011 (docket no. 11). This Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and the matter is deemed a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I).
