SUMMERS, Vice Chief Justice:

Clyde Robinson was fired as a greeter at Wal-Mart. He sought unemployment benefits, claiming he was discharged for eating a popsicle on duty to counter his diabetes. The store said no, he was fired for using profanity. Clyde lost in a hearing before the Board of Review of the OMahoma Employment Security Commission, and appealed to the District Court. His problem is that he filed his appeal in the District Court of the wrong county.
