Thomas Borer, the former Swiss ambassador to Germany, and Shawne Fielding, his wife (collectively, “appellants”), brought suit for libel, intentional infliction of emotional distress, tortious interference with prospective business relations, and civil conspiracy claims against appellees Hubert Burda Media Holding GmbH & Co.
