Raymond L. Bailey, Jr. and Cathy L. Bailey appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Bradford, J.) on a jury verdict in favor of Sears, Roebuck & Company and Emerson Electric Company on the Baileys’ multi-count complaint against Sears and Emerson seeking damages for the injuries sustained by the Baileys resulting from Raymond’s use of a radial saw manufactured by Emerson and purchased from Sears by Raymond’s employer.
