THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Richard M. Kaye, Trustee of the Chapter 11 estate of the Munzenreider Corporation who seeks a determination as a matter of law that the “Security Agreement” executed on August 14,1974 between the Debt- or corporation and James S. Williams, Jr., the Defendant did not create a lien upon any assets of the Debtor corporation.
