SIDNEY M. WEAVER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came on for trial before the Court on November 28, 1984 on the Debt- or’s complaint to avoid a security interest pursuant to section 544(a) of the Bankruptcy Code. At the trial counsel for the parties represented to the Court that there was no dispute as to any material issue of fact, and that the matter could be properly decided on the pleadings, the relevant financing documents being attached thereto, or submitted with the legal memorandum, which were admitted by the parties.
