MANFORD, Judge.

This is an appeal by the State of Missouri from a judgment in the form of an order suppressing evidence in a criminal proceed: ing. The appeal is authorized and presented pursuant to § 547.200, RSMo Supp.1984. The judgment is reversed and the cause is remanded with directions.

Appellant alleges that the trial court erred in sustaining respondent’s motion to suppress.
