GLADIS, Judge:

This is a companion case to United States v. McCorn, No. 76 1872 (N.C.M.R. 23 March 1977). Appellant was convicted contrary to his pleas at a general court-martial bench trial of wrongful possession of unregistered firearms and 30 pounds of marijuana in Government quarters and unlawful concealment of stolen property in violation of Articles 92 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 934, and sentenced to a bad conduct discharge and reduction to pay grade E-l.1 The convening authority disapproved the findings as to the firearms and stolen property offenses and upon reassessment approved…
