Appellants, Milt Ferguson Motor Company and General Motors Corporation bring ten points of error in support of their appeal from a joint and several judgment against them in a suit brought by Norbert and Jerry A. Zeretzke, Appellees. Suit was for damages for breach of contract, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, failure of consideration, and violations of *352the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices — Consumer Protection Act, arising out of the purchase and ownership of a 1987 Pontiac Grand Am automobile.
