Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement against Defendant, Continental Emsco Company (“Continental Emsco”). The above referenced cause of action arises under this Court’s diversity and maritime jurisdiction. An evidentiary hearing was held by this Court on January 17, 1986, to determine whether a binding oral settlement agreement was entered by the parties.
