International Business Machines (“IBM”), the prevailing party in this case, has submitted a bill of costs totaling $29,660.68. Specifically, IBM requests 1) the fee of the clerk ($150.00); 2) fees for service of summons and subpoena ($661.25); 3) fees of the court reporter for all or any part of the transcript necessarily obtained for use in this case ($16,871.65); and 4) fees for exemplification and copies of papers necessarily obtained for use in the case ($11,977.78).
