The complainants-appellees. are a copartnership doing business as the See Wo Poi Shop Company. The respondents-appellants are also a copartnership doing business as the See Hop Sen Company. The complainants in October, 1918, filed in the circuit court of the first judicial circuit their bill in equity for specific performance, injunction, etc. Summarizing the allegations of the bill it is alleged that the respondents are engaged in planting and raising taro on certain land at Kahana on the Island of Oahu and that on November 8, 1917, they contracted in…
