MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MORAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Caicos Petroleum Service, Corp., (“Caicos”), brought this action for breach of contract and conversion against Robert Hunsaker in federal district court pursuant to this court’s diversity of citizenship jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Plaintiff is a New Mexico corporation with its principal place of business in Illinois, and defendant is a citizen of Texas.
