*1101STATON, Judge.

A jury found Roy X. Roddy guilty of the Commission or Attempted Commission of a Felony While Armed with a Deadly Weapon.1 He was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Corrections for a period of not less than ten (10) years. In his appeal to this Court, Roddy raises the following issues:(1) Whether the evidence is sufficient to support his conviction?(2) Whether the trial court erred in its refusal to instruct the jury on various. lesser offenses?

We affirm.
