The corporate and employment structure of adult entertainment nightclubs is occasionally exotic. The Plaintiffs, emcees who worked at a Defendant-owned nightclub, contend that their tips from dancers, who are independent contractors, should not count for purposes of the Federal Labor Standards Act.
