OPINION
LARKIN, Judge.
This appeal stems from appellant’s conviction of third-degree sale of a controlled substance. Appellant claims that the government engaged in outrageous conduct in violation of his rights to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 7, of the Minnesota Constitution. Specifically, appellant argues that the government engaged in outrageous conduct because its citizen informant used sex to entice appellant to sell the informant narcotics in a controlled buy.
