KNOX, District Judge.

Plaintiff is an actor of distinction and unique ability. His stage career in England begain in 1931, and since 1933, he has there performed in numerous motion pictures. He became a featured player in 1937, his name appearing immediately below the film title. Since 1938, he has been starred, that is, his name has appeared *301above the film title.
