CATINNA, Commissioner.

William Franklin Hendron and John Carl Sutton were jointly tried in the Fay-ette Circuit Court and convicted of the rape of Susan Marie Nolte. The jury’s verdict of guilty fixed their punishment at twenty years’ imprisonment. Judgment was entered in accordance with the verdict. Hendron appeals; we affirm the judgment.
