This is an appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis reversing the decision of the Board of Adjustment of the City of St. Louis denying the application of respondent, Lillian Botz, for a permit to operate a parking lot for automobiles on certain land she owns which is located in a multiple dwelling district as established by the zoning ordinance of the City of St. Louis.
