Appellant Eloise Turner appeals the judgment of the Miller County Circuit Court in favor of AppeEee Calvin Stewart and his wife Denise Stewart. Jurisdiction of this appeal is properly in this court pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. l-2(a)(15).
