James McDaniel v. National Railroad Psngr Corp.
Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
PER CURIAM: *
James McDaniel applied for several management positions with the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) following the company’s elimination of his managerial position. After Amtrak did not select him for any of the positions, McDaniel filed this suit, claiming that Amtrak unlawfully discriminated against him based on his race, gender, and age and retaliated against him based on his protected activities in pursuing these claims. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Amtrak on all claims. We affirm.
