Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Prior, Jr., J.), entered September 14, 1981 in Sullivan County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment upon its counterclaim, and (2) from an order of said court, entered December 17, 1981 in Sullivan County, which denied plaintiff’s motion for reargument.
