INTRODUCTION
This lawsuit is present in this court on Allen D. Allen’s (Allen or defendant) request for removal from the Los Angeles Superior Court. This decision deals with two motions. First, Maya, LLC (Maya or plaintiff), moves to remand the lawsuit back to the Los Angeles Superior Court, where Maya originally filed its complaint on September 30, 2005.
