MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILSON, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Hotel Roanoke Conference Center Commission (“Commission”), brought this action in the Circuit Court of the City of Roanoke, Virginia, against the Cincinnati Insurance Company (“Cincinnati”), defendant, to recover monies the Commission paid the Hotel Roanoke (“Hotel”) which the Commission claims Cincinnati should have paid under a commercial general liability policy in which the Hotel is a named insured and the Commission is an additional insured.
