Guillermo Guardado-Garda, a native and citizen of El Salvador, petitions for review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (Board) affirming the immigration judge’s (IJ) order of removal for having been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude. Guardado-Garda pleaded guilty in 2002 to misusing a social security number in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(B).
