2Per curiam

This appeal presents a constitutional question concerning *219Nevada’s parole release statute, NRS 213.1099. We find no merit to appellant’s contentions, and affirm.

Appellant was convicted of second degree murder in 1975, and was sentenced to an indeterminate term of five years to life. In January of 1982, he appeared before respondent Board of Parole Commissioners (Board) and was denied parole release.
