OPINION AND ORDER

GARCIA-GREGORY, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is Defendants’ motion to inspect grand jury minutes. (Docket No. 1920). For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES Defendants’ Motion.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

In this case, a total of one hundred and ten (110) doctors, were charged in a eighty six count Superseding Indictment for having participated in a scheme to improperly obtain a license to practice medicine in Puerto Rico.
