Harris, Judge Filed September 16, 2004 No. E2003-02739-COA-R3-CV DISSENTING OPINION I disagree with the majority’s treatment of the deceased’s statements reflected in the minutes of the corporation. As the majority’s reasoning goes the statements of the deceased contained in the minutes were to the corporation, i.e., she was talking to the corporation.
