This case is before the court from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division.

Permanent custody of Leander, born May 28, 1980, Rosezelia, born May 29, 1981, and Marietta, born May 31, 1984, was awarded to the Lucas County Children Services Board (hereinafter “LCCSB”) on May 18, 1987. Margaret Jones, natural mother of the foregoing children, appealed this judgment and on January 29, 1988, this court affirmed the judgment as to her.
