BERRY, Judge.

The appellant was convicted in the District Court of Taylor County for the offense of murder and her punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for a term of seven years.

The killing occurred at the home of the appellant and the unpleasantness arose over a controversy concerning a gas bill.
