DOWD, Judge.
A workmen’s compensation case involving occupational disease and accident. The employee’s amended claim was as follows: “Employee contracted and/or aggravated pre-existing tuberculosis from the conditions of his employment in which he worked since March of 1959 as a sander and painter of Coca Cola Bottle Machines (Dispensing Machines), where there was no ventilation and he was not provided with any protective devices, and the employee is now permanently disabled.” The claim was denied by a referee and the Industrial Commission.
