KENNEDY, Judge.

Mid-Central Fish Company and its insurer, Royal Insurance Company, appeal from a judgment of the circuit court affirming *786an Industrial Commission workers compensation award to the widow and minor children of employee Gary Brown, deceased. Brown died from injuries received in a one-car automobile accident which occurred about 11:50 o’clock p.m. on December 15, 1979, on Highway 69 in Johnson County, Kansas, near the junction of Highway 150.

The appellants first challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support the Commission’s award.
