RAYMOND J. BRODERICK, District Judge.
Plaintiff Supra Medical Corp. instituted this action on May 16, 1996 against eight defendants pursuant to the Racketeer Influ enced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961 et seq., alleging that the defendants had engaged in a scheme to defraud the Plaintiff by misappropriating the Plaintiffs proprietary interest in its medical scanner equipment and technology.
Presently before the Court are the motions of three defendants who are residents of the United Kingdom to dismiss Plaintiffs complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1),…
