Petitioner asks for a writ of supersededs to restrain the enforcement of a mandate of the superior court permitting the inspection of its corporate records.

The proceeding below was instituted by a shareholder after demand and refusal, and followed the procedure outlined in section 355 of the Civil Code. An alternative writ of mandamus was issued when the complaint was filed, and on the return day the corporation appeared by demurrer alone.
