This appeal arises out of a boundary line dispute. On appeal, the landowners argue that the trial court erred in finding that the disputed property was owned by their adjoining landowner. The landowners further argue that the trial court erred in dismissing their third-party complaint against the individuals that sold them the property, and for refusing to award them an abatement in the purchase price based on the deficiency in acreage.
