PROCEDURAL HISTORY
¶ 1. A jury in the Jackson County Circuit Court convicted Terry Hye Jr. of capital murder. Hye was sentenced to life without parole in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Hye’s post-trial motions were denied.
