On this petition, we examine whether substantial evidence supports the Respondent/Cross-Petitioner National Labor Relations Board’s (“the Board”) finding that Petitioners/Cross-Respondents Awrey Bakeries, Inc. (“Awrey Bakeries”) and Council 30 Distributive Workers Union, and Wholesale Department Stores Union *691AFL-CIO-CLC (“the Union”) violated Section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”).
