Plaintiffs, Florence Davis, Arthur W. Davis, Jr., Ann Popkes, and Minnie Mae Gossett, joined in bringing an action to recover from the defendants, D. E. Browne and Anna C. Browne, husband and wife, damages for the impairment of an automobile owned by Florence Davis and for personal injuries sustained by the other three plaintiffs, resulting from a collision between the Davis car and an automobile owned by the defendants. The cause was tried to the court without a jury. The court made findings of fact from which it concluded that each of the plaintiffs was entitled to a recovery…
