ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO STRIKE DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL

THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion To Strike Demand for Jury Trial, filed June 11, 1998. Based on the motion alone, the Court granted the Motion To Strike on July 7,1998. Defendants thereafter informed the Court that they had not responded to Plaintiffs Motion To Strike because they had never received notice of the motion. Based on this representation, the Court vacated its Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Strike on July 15, 1998, in order to allow Defendants to respond.…
