Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of New York. Suit in equity by Horace G. Johnson and Henry S. Cooper against M. H. Lambert. Decree for complainants, and defendant appeals. Appeal from a decree holding patent to Johnson, No. 973,200, dated October 18,1910, valid, and all claims infringed, and awarding to plaintiff the usual injunctive1relief, with an accounting.
