DAVENPORT, J.-

The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, was charged in the county court of Washita county with the crime of manufacturing intoxicat ing liquor. A trial was had, and defendant was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for 30 days, and to pay a fine of $325. Motion for a new trial was filed, considered, and overruled, and exceptions saved. From the judgment and sentence the defendant has appealed to this court.
