This labor dispute arises pursuant to § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 61 Stat. 156, 29 U.S.C. § 185. Plaintiff is a labor organization and the collective bargaining representative for defendant’s production and maintenance employees and truck drivers. Defendant is engaged in the food processing business in Bridgewater, Virginia. Plaintiff seeks damages, injunctive and declaratory relief and reasonable counsel fees and costs of this action.
