Petitioner Timothy Joslyn appears before this court seeking a nunc pro tunc order compromising his third-party action, and the State Insurance Fund appears in opposition to his request.
The facts of the underlying personal injury action are as follows. Timothy Joslyn was on his way to work at respondent Doc’s Trucking & Auto Parts on April 10, 1989 when he noticed a car off the side of the road.
