Small v. Public Utilities Commission

This is a proceeding in error which challenges the reasonableness and lawfulness of an order of the Public Utilities Commission. The jurisdiction of the commission was invoked by an application of John L. Bishop, which alleges that the commission, prior to June 1, 1924, granted a certificate of convenience and necessity to "W. 0. Small, being certificate No. 34, covering a route between Dayton, Ohio, and G-reenville, Ohio.
