OPINION AND ORDER

MUKASEY, District Judge.

Defendants James Burke and Larry D. Evans move pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 12 and 41 to suppress all evidence seized in three separate searches. The indictment in this case charges defendants with mail and wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1343.
