— In an action, inter alia, to recover rent due under a sublease for premises located in Lake Ronkonkoma and under a lease for premises located in Bay Shore, the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (O’Shaughnessy, J.), dated March 28, 1990, as granted the respondents’ motions pursuant to CPLR 3211 to dismiss the tenth through fifteenth causes of action asserted in the complaint.
Ordered that the order is modified, by deleting the provisions thereof which granted those branches of the motions which were to dismiss the tenth, eleventh, thirteenth and…
