These appeals concern whether Graham Commercial Realty, Inc. (GCR) is entitled to real estate sales commissions under the terms of separate but identically-worded marketing agreements granting GCR the exclusive right to market and sell real property owned by Mary Kent and adjacent real property owned by Paul and Marjorie Ward.
