HOLOHAN, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order granting the appellees’ motion for summary judgment. We took jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 47(e)(5), Rules of the Supreme Court, 17A A.R.S.
This action arose from a collision which occurred at the intersection of 64th Street and Clinton Street in Maricopa County. While riding a bicycle, the minor plaintiff, Eamonn Boyle, Jr., was struck by an automobile operated by Duncan Copeland.
