After a hearing, defendant,1 Secretary of State, revoked the issuance of 1977 automobile registration number “KAK” to plaintiff and assigned that number to plaintiff’s ex-wife. Pursuant to section 4 of the Administrative Review Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 110, par. 264 et seq.), plaintiff filed a complaint in the circuit court. The circuit court affirmed the order of the Secretary of State.
